Juan Carlos stands for passion, honesty, and keeping it real in his work and personal life. And his desire to serve clients with distinction is obvious from the first moment you meet him.  Juan Carlos learned to understand and appreciate how serving customers well is the basis for all good business relationships from a young age.

Back in his native Mexico, his interest in business began at a young age with active participation in his parent’s photography business. Those interests blossomed further after entering into and graduating from architectural school at University LA Salle, México.  Juan Carlos recalls the joy of the constant flow of new people, big ideas and different concepts that molded him into the professional and warm individual you see today with a varied background in retail.

His interests are not limited to the real estate industry however. He is an entrepreneur, architect, contractor, and lover of soccer. And when he’s not working on real estate transactions, he’s a dedicated father of two chip-eating boys who have developed their own love for playing hockey. What else do kids do during a cold Canadian winter, right?

Ultimately, his personal relationships (like his business ones) are built with the hope and intent of developing a lifetime of joy and sharing.
